Shipping policy

Halofield ships worldwide directly from our supplier network. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard transit times are 7–14 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe, and 10–20 business days to all other destinations. Transit times are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Halofield is no longer in physical possession of the package and cannot be held responsible for carrier-related issues.
